2023 Easter Basket Nomination

Thank you for taking the time to nominate a child for our 2023 Easter Basket program.

Here are the requirements for the nominee:

• Nominated children must be under the age of 18.
• They must have suffered a loss of a loved one in the months of January 2022 to March 2023.
• They must live in the SDG and Prescott Russell area.

Nominations will close once we have received 35 nominations or on March 31st, 2023.
