BFO-Cornwall’s 18th Annual Gala
September 15th, 2018
This annual Gala has been the “Signature Event” for Bereaved Families since 2001. Its goal has always been to support our Children & Youth Bereavement Services.
It was a packed house at the Best Western Parkway Inn last evening and the energy was uplifting! Our guests were treated to a delicious 4-course dinner while listening to the exquisite Dinner Music provided by Moe Lemieux & Peter Kilpatrick. Entertainment was provided by comedian Derek Seguin, who is becoming a fixture in Cornwall. Our city loves Derek and his warm, witty banter. Laughter echoed non-stop throughout the hall.
Our guests were also given the opportunity to win some delightful prizes donated by community-minded businesses in our city. They also had a chance to bid on 5 live auction items also donated to help our fundraising efforts.
We offer our most sincere gratitude to the Best Western Parkway for their attention to detail, to our precious sponsors who make this evening possible, to all donors of auction items, to our Table sponsors and last, but not least, to each and every individual who chose to spend an evening with Bereaved Families. Your presence, kindness and generosity touch our hearts.
We hope to see you on September 21st, 2019 for our 19th Annual Gala Dinner.
Moment of Reflection
