2025 Easter Basket Nomination

Thank you for taking the time to nominate a child for our 2025 Easter Basket program.

Here are the requirements for the nominee:

• Nominated children must be under the age of 18.
• They must have suffered a loss of a loved one.
• They must live in the Cornwall, Akwesasne, SD&G, and Prescott Russell area.
• Have not received an Easter Basket from previous years.

Nominations will close once we have received 35 nominations or on April 13th, 2025.
