Testimonial Series: Louise

Louise’s world came to a screeching halt on January 1st, 2006 when she received the call that her 33 yr. old daughter, Sonia, had been killed in a car crash on her way to work that morning. But, in their despair, Louise and her family managed to fly out west to meet their son-in-law and grandchildren to endure the most painful experience of their life. The Holiday Season has been changed forever in her family.
Listen to the story of her struggles and her devastation and learn why she finally reached out to Bereaved Families after suffering alone for many years.

This month, the Cornwall office is celebrating 32 years of service in this community. However, our agency still remains relatively unknown. Our goal for 2018 is to focus on public awareness of our services. For the Holiday Season, we are introducing a TESTIMONIAL SERIES. Testimonial videos will be posted on our website and Facebook page. Clients have waived confidentiality in order to express how Bereaved Families has helped them on their grief journey.
At the Memory Tree Lighting Ceremony of November 26th, we have introduced our first ever Testimonial Calendar. For each month, there is a written testimonial from a client, facilitator or staff. These calendars will be offered at the Memory Tree (at the Cornwall Square) until December 23rd, at our Candlelight Service on December 13th and at our office (216 Montreal Road) as a sign of our appreciation for a minimum donation of $10.00.
We hope that this Testimonial Series will help the many bereaved who feel alone, overwhelmed with their grief, and the families and friends who support them on their journey.
We appreciate your continued support.
